Participants will be discussing the difference between processed foods and whole foods as well as different sodium levels in processed foods.
Learn how to reduce calories from your favorite holiday dishes without reducing how much you enjoy eating them.
We will discuss how processed foods affect the body. We'll learn how to swap out processed foods for real/ natural foods, as well as how we can eat out but still eat healthy.
