Leah’s Pantry: Whole Grains

We will discuss the benefits that whole grains offer, focusing on such benefits as weight loss, reduced gut sensitivity, more stable insulin levels, more control of cholesterol and blood pressure, and lower risk for heart disease. We will focus on whole grain/fiber-rich foods such as whole wheat breads and pastas, brown rice, whole wheat cereals, quinoa and more.
