Berry Good Banana Split
A twist on the banana-split thats packed with added nutrients and flavor!
What you’ll need
- Cutting board
- Sharp knife
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Serving bowls
Ingredients
- 1 Banana peeled
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt low-fat
- 1 tablespoon Granola low-fat
- 1/2 cup Blueberries or Strawberries or Raspberries
Directions
- Cut the banana in half lengthwise.
- Spoon yogurt into a bowl.
- Place the banana halves on both sides of the yogurt.
- Top yogurt with granola and berries. Serve.
